Operation ReBoot Outdoors 2024 Rabbit Hunting Program
Come and spend a relaxing day in the woods chasing snowshoe hare (rabbits) over beagles.
Guide, Joe Plante, has graciously offered to take veterans out rabbit hunting with his awesome beagles around Western Maine whenever the snow conditions are right for the dogs.
Get your name on the list by filling out the application form and we will contact you when it is your turn.
Of course, wear warm clothing, pack a lunch, have a hunting license, and bring more water to drink than you think you need.
We prefer a 12-gauge shotgun with number sixes, but other gauges are also fine. If you choose a lesser gauge, try and get “high brass” ammo...it helps sometimes.
You will be treated to the time of your life chasing bunny rabbits in the wild and wooded mountains of Western Maine and possibly bring home one of these trophy rabbits for a nice pot of stew.
